FourSynergy Group is made up of independent subsidiaries: Valorum Care Group, Change Housing, Fairhome Property Group, and Impact Investment Management.
Each works together as independent, yet interconnected, specialist organisations – focused on a common goal – a better way, for better lives.
At FourSynergy Group we believe that everyone should have a place to call home and be empowered to thrive and live their best lives.
That’s why we are challenging the status quo to evolve the social care and supported housing model into a fairer for all, social-value based solution.
We engage with LAs and Commissioners to identify housing needs; work in partnership with Housing and Care providers to provide joined up solutions; provide long-term sustainable housing management services; and provide high quality, people-centred care services.

We provide learning opportunities for people working in the homelessness and the supported accommodation sectors designed to help you develop professionally, overcome day-to-day challenges and improve the service you offer to the people you support.
We offer two types of training models:
Scheduled training courses for individuals are open to all. These are a great opportunity to learn about the latest practice and network with other homelessness professionals.
Team training is available to groups of 5-16 in-person or 5-20 online and can be delivered at a time and place of your choice. We offer the option to tailor courses to your exact requirements.
