Across the homelessness sector, organisations are reporting difficulties in recruiting and retaining staff, with these issues often impacting their ability to provide meaningful support to people experiencing homelessness. But raising awareness of this issue alone can be daunting for homelessness services. The old adage that we are stronger together rings true.
This facilitated roundtable discussion will seek your views on what strategies the sector can utilise to work together to raise awareness of the workforce problem, how it can best advocate for solutions and what stakeholders and policy makers hold the key to change.
